BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • RSCL SUGAR BROWN (POWDERED) – 2 CUPS
  • UNSALTED BUTTER – ½ CUP
  • COCOA – 1/3 CUP
  • EGGS – 4 NOS
  • WALNUT (CHOPPED) – ½ CUP
  • FLOUR – 1 CUP
  • VANILLA ESSENCE – 1 TSP

Method:

  • Melt butter and cocoa – Cool
  • Beat eggs & powdered sugar
  • Add this to cocoa mixture
  • Add walnuts
  • Add flour and vanilla essence
  • Grease 18” x 18” cake tin and pour mixture into it and bake for 20 minutes
